Hassle-Free Returns

Enjoy a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new items and ensure they're perfect.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unworn, unused items with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Contact our friendly customer service team.
  2. They'll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label.

Important: Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll address the issue promptly.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, color, or style, return the original item and place a new order.

EU Customers

Enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period for orders shipped to the European Union.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Delays

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
